The Buzz Ryan and Half Buzzed Triathlons 
​Sunday July 20th 2025

Time to sign up for the Buzz Ryan Sprint and Super Sprint Triathlons!  We offer the  Buzz (500 yard Swim, 10 Mile Bike, 2.5 mile Run) and Half-Buzzed (​250 yard Swim, 5 mile Bike, 1.25 mile Run) options!

Use any stroke, any bike and any form of movement to complete this triathlon!
